• Your employer if you are a employee of a subcontractor

How long do we keep your information for?
In order that we are able to provide the best possible service to you, we have agreed and documented retention schedules that we consider to be relevant and proportionate to the service we are providing.
Data captured from enquires and marketing opportunities may be held for a period of up to 12 months.
Health and Safety data collated as part of ensuring a safe work environment on site will be held in accordance with the HSEs requirements.
When there are statutory or legal requirements to do so, we will retain relevant sections of your personal data for a set period of time for accounts and records purposes.
Sharing your Data
We currently do not share any data outside the EEA but should we need to transfer personal information to third parties located outside the UK, we will ensure that information is protected to a level which meets the requirements of UK and European data protection regulations.

Disclosure of your information
In certain circumstances, we may send your personal/sensitive information to the HSE
or our Accountants as appropriate.We have assessed all our suppliers and contractors and
ensured that our GDPR requirements have been communicated to them and accepted via a
contractual agreement. All data, both internal and through our suppliers, is located within
the UK or EU.
Marketing
We send out flyers and other company information, these hold no Personally Identifiable Information. Following receipt of these flyers should you wish to do business with the company the above policy items will apply.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and in line with any changes recommended by the Information Commissioner’s Office and we will ensure that stays up to date and relevant, providing complete transparency.
